Privacy policy

§.1 General provisions

  1. The Administrator of the data is Polish Development Centre LLC LP, based in Warsaw, 00-724 Chełmska Street 21/505, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the National Court Register No.: 0000647079, for which the register files are kept by the DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CAPITAL CITY OF WARSAW IN WARSAW, 13th COMMERCIAL DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, Tax Identification Number: 522-307-58-65, National Official Register of Business Entities No.: 365838335. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the generally applicable legal regulations and its storage takes place on secure servers.
  2. Regulation dictionary is used for interpretation of glossary of terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of better reception of the privacy policy, the term "User" was replaced by the term "You", the "Administrator" - by "We". The term „GDPR” means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. Personal data is processed:
    a. in accordance with data protection regulations,
    b. in accordance with the implemented privacy policy,
    c. for the essential objective to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, as well as to proper provision of services provided by electronic means,
    d. for the essential objective to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified objectives) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the persons whose data is concerned.
  2. Any person, whose data is concerned (if we are their administrator) has the right to access the data, to rectify, to erase or limit the processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  3. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the organisation of the service provider is possible via e-mail: biuro@pcdapartamenty.com.
  4. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of the consent only for the purpose of the potential claims at the court or if we are required by national, EU or international law to retain your data.
  5. The service provider has the right to disclose the user’s personal or any other data to entities that are authorised under the relevant provisions of law (e.g. investigating authorities).
  6. The removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or raising a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  7. The service provider does not disclose personal data to entities other that those authorised under the relevant provisions of law.
  8. We have implemented the pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control to minimize the effects of possible breaches of data security.
  9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or the processor, with whom we closely cooperate.

§3. Cookie files

10. The website pcdapartamenty.com uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the web browser software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognizes the type of device the user connects with. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The collected information relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, language, the type of operating system, internet service provider, information about time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

11. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our website, to improve the functionality of the service by ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using Google Analytics tool which records user’s behaviour on the website. 

Cookies identify the user, which allows to adapt the website content he uses to his needs. Remembering his preferences enables the adequate adaption of advertisements targeted to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest convenience standard of our website, and the collected data is used only within the company [name] in order to optimise our operations.

12.  We use the following cookies on our website:

a) “necessary” cookies enabling the use of services available within the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the website;

b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;

c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about how pages of the websites are used;

 

d) “functional” cookies, enabling to “remember” settings selected by the user and personalisation of user interface, e.g.  in terms of the language or region the user is based, the font size, appearance of the website etc.;

e) “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to the users that is more tailored to their interests.

Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user clearly gave consent by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for necessary actions to perform a particular function.
